Welcome to the web site for gariochchurch.
We are a group of Christians who live in the Garioch area of Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Our homes are in Inverurie, Oldmeldrum, Insch, Newmachar, Blackburn, Kemnay and Kintore. gariochchurch was officially launched on 1st September 2007 and accepted into membership of the Baptist Union of Scotland on 11th September. Our desire is to see a flourishing rural church in the Garioch which is slightly different in flavour to other churches in the area. We want to express what it means to be a Christian in the 21st century in a variety of ways, but focusing on the use of homes and the building of relationships as priorities.

We gather together on Sundays – every other week we meet in
a number of homes (gariochchurch@home) and share a meal, and on the
remaining weeks, we meet together in Inverurie (gariochchurch@central).
Midweek meetings take place most Wednesday evenings (gariochchurch@midweek).
gariochchurch@central meetings are held at 10 am in the Garioch Sports Centre in Inverurie.
