The vision of gariochchurch is to see a number of groups, which are home-based and focussed on local outreach, meeting in this area as a key means by which God can reach out to our neighbours. These groups seek to be a faithful expression of the body of Christ within our local communities.
Our values represent where gariochchurch finds itself at this moment … we are called to love other people, worship and obey God, and to care for God’s creation.
All of our home-based groups join together as a larger congregation once or twice a month. These @central meetings are usually on the first and fifth Sunday of the month at 3.30pm in the Harlaw Centre, Inverurie.
Our calling ... is to be a blessing to others, to care in particular for those who are disadvantaged or oppressed, to strive for justice, to show mercy, to put the needs of others before our own needs, and to urge people to love and obey God.
Our calling ... is to live in harmony with God's creation, with a responsibility to be stewards of this earth on which we live, caring for it, nurturing it, and conserving its rich resources.
We have a number of different home-based community groups in the Garioch. See where they are on our map or click on a link to find out more about the group closest to you.
